Delivery Times
How long does the delivery take after approval of the digital proof?
The delivery time after approval of the digital proof varies depending on the product. When placing your order, we will confirm the expected schedule for your order. Below are some examples:
- Silicone Wristbands: Up to 5,000 units take 10 to 12 working days. For orders exceeding 5,000 units, delivery time will be confirmed by a Foxy Branding team member handling your order.
- Lanyards: Up to 2,000 units take 12 to 15 working days. For orders exceeding 5,000 units, delivery time will be confirmed by a Foxy Branding team member handling your order.
- Fabric Wristbands: Up to 5,000 units take 10 to 12 working days. For orders exceeding 5,000 units, delivery time will be confirmed by a Foxy Branding team member handling your order.
Please note these times are estimates. While we strive to deliver within or sooner than the stated timeframe, Foxy Branding is not responsible for delays beyond the specified time.
If you require any products by a specific date, please contact our sales team for advice on whether your deadline is achievable.
Payment
When do I pay for my order?
Your order must be paid in full before it can be placed on the production schedule. If full payment is not received, the production of your order may be delayed.
Can I order on credited terms?
Yes, you can order on credited terms. However, your company must undergo a credit check conducted by Foxy Branding. Approval or decline will be determined by our finance department.
Digital Proof
Who will prepare my digital proof?
At Foxy Branding, our team of qualified graphic designers will prepare your digital proof. Let us know your design preferences, and we will be happy to present you with your design.
Order Delivery
How will my order be delivered?
Once your order has been produced and passed quality control, it will be dispatched with next-day delivery by one of our couriers.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been approved?
No, once your order has been placed on the production schedule, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Once the order is approved, it is final.
Sizing
How do I choose the size for my wristbands?
Silicone Wristbands are stretchable and suitable for various wrist sizes. Here are our recommended sizes:
- 160mm: Suitable for ages 2–5
- 180mm: Suitable for ages 5+ (often used by primary schools and for ladies)
- 202mm: Suitable for ages 16+
Minimum Order Quantity
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 100 units unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Materials
What materials are used for your products?
We use only the highest quality materials to ensure the finished product is of high quality.
What type of silicone do you use?
We use 100% food-grade silicone, ensuring our products are safe for everyone. Additionally, our silicone is biodegradable.
Order Tracking
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details.
VAT
Will VAT be added to the final price?
Foxy Branding is not a VAT-registered company, so no VAT charge will be added to your order.
Purchase Orders
Can I use a Purchase Order to place my order with you?
Yes, you can place your order using a Purchase Order. Contact us via email, or send the Purchase Order directly to us. A Foxy Branding team member will process the order and provide further details.
Customization
How many letters can I have on my items?
Each item has a standard space for 42 characters. If your text exceeds 42 characters, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I have my text/logo in multiple colours on the same wristband?
Yes, but you will need to request a quotation or contact us for a quote for items with logos or text in multiple colours.
Invoicing
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, your invoice will be sent in the same email as the artwork. If you need the invoice at another time, please contact us, and we will send it as soon as possible.
Damaged Packages
What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, open it in the presence of the courier and ensure a full statement is taken. If the contents are damaged, contact us immediately, and we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue promptly.
