Definitions

The following terms are used by Foxy Branding:

• Working Days/Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• "Contract": Agreement between Foxy Branding and the Customer for the supply of goods.
• "You" and/or "Customer": The person or business purchasing from Foxy Branding.
• "Us": Members of staff at Foxy Branding.
• "Delivery Address": Address where Foxy Branding will deliver your goods.
• "Goods": Products provided by Foxy Branding.
• "Order": Request placed by the Customer to receive goods supplied by Foxy Branding.

Ordering Process

To place an order with Foxy Branding:

1. Visit our shop page on the website to view our product selection.
2. Click on the desired product to view more options.
3. Select the required specifications (e.g., width), which will lead you to the product page.
4. Follow the steps to finalize your product specifications.
5. Confirm your order and process the payment.

Upon receiving your confirmed order and payment, we will create a digital proof of your product and send it to you for final approval before production begins.

If you need assistance with selecting a product or specifications, please contact our sales team.

Orders will not be scheduled for production until the digital proof is approved, except for plain products.

Payment Terms

All orders require full pre-payment before being placed on the production schedule. Orders paid by cheque will be scheduled once the payment has cleared. Foxy Branding may offer credit terms at its discretion and reserves the right to decline such requests.

Digital Proof & Design

Customers must approve the digital proof via email before production can begin. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a high-quality logo if required. Foxy Branding will advise if a higher quality logo is needed but does not guarantee print quality for logos provided by the customer.

Colors on digital proofs or the website may vary slightly from the final product.

Delivery

Typical turnaround times are:

• Silicone Wristbands: 10 to 12 working days
• Fabric Wristbands: 12 to 15 working days
• Lanyards: 12 to 15 working days

These times may vary based on order quantities. Delivery times are estimates, and Foxy Branding is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies. Orders will be dispatched within the agreed timeframe with next-day delivery.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or amended after artwork approval. Approval of the artwork is considered final confirmation of the order.

Title

Foxy Branding retains ownership of all goods until payment is received. No transfer of title is allowed without explicit consent from Foxy Branding.

Limitations of Liability and Indemnity

Foxy Branding is not liable for any loss of profit or indirect/consequential loss. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the goods. This limitation applies even if the contract is terminated.

General

• Only the person named on the order can retrieve or change order details.
• Foxy Branding is an online company and does not offer pickup of goods.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos or text provided to Foxy Branding. Proof of ownership may be requested.
• There is no partnership or joint venture between Foxy Branding and the Customer unless explicitly agreed upon.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Foxy Branding and the Customer.
